F is for Fish

Fish day :)

Blue rice water, Cheddar Fish word, a hard boiled egg Fish.  Cheddar and turkey with a fish ring on top, goldfish crackers.  A cookie, carrots and apple slices.

F is for Fire

G was sick on Wednesday.. so no school for him and a low key lunch at home.  :( poor thing.
Back to school Thursday so a new cool lunch.  I knew that it was Fire prevention week at school as long as the letter F, so I tried to combine both with this fire lunch

The fire is swiss and cheddar cheese as is the word Fire, the logs are pretzels.  He has his yogurt added on that side too.  On the other side he has crackers and a cookie, roast beef and cheese roll ups, apple slices and celery with cream cheese. 
On after thought I should of added some mini marshmallows too.

F Week

G is working on F words this week....

So today I started with Football, seemed to fit with the season and all.

Football sandwich, roast beef and cheddar.  F cheddar cheese, yogurt, grapes, cheetos, carrots and a cookie.

S is for Sailboat

Last day for S... so... I used as many S things as I could think of

Sailboat Sandwich (turkey and cheese), S waves (cheese)  a surprise in the suitcase (chicken nugget)
Spider-man gummies.... a Sun yogurt

and then he has carrots and grapes.

S is for Sunflowers

G's art project yesterday was... you guessed it a Sunflower. So I had to make some sunflowers today..

Sunflowers are cheese and celery with the centers drawn in.  He has turkey and crackers (I think a cookie is hiding in there too.) Grapes and his yogurt.

I heard it rattling around on the way to school, so I am sure it did NOT look like this when he got there, I hope he can figure out what it was supposed to be.

on a side note it was dress like an animal today at school.. So I made him a simple frog costume and have to share how cute he looked.

S is for Snakes

G brought home a paper that had snakes on it, so I had to do a snake lunch.. it's kind of a stretch, but he thinks it is cute

The snakes are hot dogs cut into strips and cooked so they curled.  He has cheese S's Swiss and cheddar.  Carrots, yogurt and Strawberries.

S word of the day... SUN

To continue on with words that start with S.. I decided a sun would be easy to do.....  that was of course in my mind.. I didn't have a sun cutter so I decided to cut out the rays... took way longer and not as perfect as was in my mind.

But when G saw it he said its a sunny day lunch.

He has a cheese sun with a piece of bred in a circle.. A cheese S. Grapes on a stick.  In the little suitcase are "sun" pieces of cheese and turkey.  He has carrots, doritos and a cookie.  He also has a Go Gurt and  a Juice box.
